Every volunteer leader at Fellowship of the Parks starts here. C4 covers the four commitments we ask of anyone stepping into a leadership or serving role — character, competence, cooperation, and commitment. Required before most leader and serve team training.

Group Leader Training

Training for those leading Community Groups and Small Groups at Fellowship of the Parks — shepherding people through real relationships, not running a program. C4 Leadership is required first.
